| on Electroanalysis, ESEAC 2008 |
Scope
Electroanalytical Chemistry is the rapidly developing discipline on the border between analytical chemistry and electrochemistry. It has significant impact on the practice of many scientific and technological fields, primarily in chemistry, biology, medicine, material science and environmental studies and protection.
The Prague 2008 meeting will deal with a wide range of contemporary trends in electroanalysis, from important theoretical and methodological developments to the most recent practical applications. The International Scientific Committee has decided to emphasize the following topics: "New electrode materials", "Modification of electrodes with biochemical and nanostructured systems", "Electroanalytical sensors and detectors for continuous and flow-through measurements", "Environmental electroanalysis" and "Hyphenation of electrochemical and other measurements". These topics will be introduced in the invited plenary and keynote lectures, delivered by foremost specialists. The floor will then be open for oral and poster contributions spanning over the whole wide field of electroanalysis.
